Does it really work from a bucket?
Yes — that is how it is meant to be used. The 4 m intake hose has a weighted filter that sits at the bottom of the bucket and the pump draws from there. No tap, no garden hose, no connector.
Is 1000 PSI enough for a real job?
It is built for household work: cars, bins, decking, patio slabs, garden furniture, bikes, siding, windows. It is not a contractor's machine for stripping a concrete yard, and we would rather say so now than have it come back.
How long does the battery last?
The 21 V, 4000 mAh pack covers a car or a run of bins on one charge, then recharges on the included base. A protection circuit cuts in against overheating so a long session does not damage it.
Can I use soap with it?
Yes. A foam bottle is included — fill it, clip it on, lay the soap down, then swap back and rinse it off.
How heavy is it to hold?
2.9 lb with the battery in. It is used one-handed, which is the point: a mains washer needs two hands and a socket.
How do I follow the delivery?
Every order ships with tracking. You get the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves, so you can follow it the whole way.
What if it is not for me?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it. Return shipping is paid by you; we do not send prepaid labels. If it turns up damaged or faulty, that one is on us — we replace or refund it at no cost.
