Shipping Policy

All orders ship from the United States. Shipping within the United States is free on every order; no minimum applies.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are prepared the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery within the United States usually takes 5 to 9 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by the carrier or by customs where applicable.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier. If you have not received it within 3 business days of your order, please contact us through our Contact page.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we are not able to refund an order returned to us because of an incorrect address.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the damage. We will replace the item or refund it.
