Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are representative; natural materials such as wood, canvas and leather vary in colour and grain from one piece to the next, so the item you receive will not be identical to the one photographed.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are the prices charged at checkout. Any reference price shown alongside our price is the usual retail price for a comparable product. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. We may decline an order and refund it in full, for example where an item is out of stock or where the delivery address cannot be served.

Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Shipping

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Warranty

Products are covered against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, damage caused by misuse and damage caused by modification are not covered. Where a product page states a specific warranty, that statement applies to that product.

Limitation of liability

Our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
